thanks RG and sis! I don't think I look hot, well not yet anyway. Yes sista I am losing weight. I am eating healthier and exercising at least 6 times a week about 45 minutes to an hour a day. I will post pics as my progress goes along and I see results!

LOL RG I don't weigh enough to go on the biggest loser! I would have to gain 100 lbs before they would accept me and my goal is to lose weight not gain it to lose it again! I am eating healthy and doing power 90 (which is kicking my butt) but it is a good exercise minus the yoga!!! although I am getting better at the yoga part.
